Government IT Contracts To Outsource More

It's enough to make you sell your duck houses and moats in disgust, the latest spending cuts are forcing a radical shake-up in government IT policies and it seem likely there will be a major shift to cloud computing solutions.

This is quite a sea-change from a series of governments that were more notable in their extravagant botching of IT projects and ability to generate eye-watering over-run costs for something that was of less use than a bicycle for fish. Tax credits, prisoner tracking and centralised patient records in the NHS all managed to score resoundingly in the government's own net. However, as a result of the draconian comprehensive spending review, there are no longer billions to be scattered to the wind on spur-of-the-moment IT ideas, and analysts Ovum predict a greater openness to IT outsourcing bids and technology that moves toward a government-specific cloud solution.

Never ones to miss an opportunity that thousands of businesses have been using far more effectively for many years already, it is at least of some comfort that the shocking wastes of money that dwarf the usual spin-doctor targets of disability benefit have forced a fundamental change of tack in IT procurement. Perhaps, together with consolidated IT support and departments talking to one another about the vendor results, we may even see the bidding process for outsourced companies work as it supposed to. Currently the previous government method of sticking with the same providers no matter how much they charged or how little they delivered does not seem to be working for some unaccountable reason. The opening out of the bid process to more companies should alleviate this.

The next great thing would be getting a minister making the IT policy decisions who actually knew how a computer worked. Unfortunately the Ovum report can't quite see this in future just yet, so we'll have to content ourselves with the usual spin doctored drivel to launch new initiatives.

Meanwhile the increased interest by local councils facing the brunt of spending cuts will hopefully kick-start uptake in national government once some demonstrable results are recorded.

engine pulls 5 wagons each of 2000kg on hrizontal track.force applied by engine 35000N find force of wagon1on2

this ques is quite tuff i am in 8th standard plz help me to solve it physics lovers.

OK, consider that there is 35000 N total force being applied, and 5 cars.

Since the force is being applied evenly, that means that 35000/5, or 7000 N is applied to each car.

Since 7000 N is applied to wagon 1, that leaves 35000 N - 7000N = 28000 N of force to be transferred from wagon 1 to wagon 2.
